Alessandro International Powdery Pastels Spring Collection

This week has been the coldest one in Switzerland this year. I'll try to get you into a warm spring mood today with Alessandro International's Powdery Pastels spring collection*. It contains five elegant pastel shades from a light pink to a greyish lilac.

As always, these Alessandro nail polishes don't contain any harmful ingredients such as parabene, formaldehyde and the like and they're vegan.

Romantic Morning is the lightest shade in the collection, a very pale pink which is one of my go to nail looks. On top of it I'm wearing the Gelactic Top Coat Matte, which gives a stylish matte finish.

This gorgeous pastel pink is named Dried Rose. I guess this is a colour which doesn't look good on every skin tone because of it's peachy pink look but I think it's a really elegant nude shade.

Yes, it's love! Great name for a nail polish. If I had to choose a favourite, this one would be it. The shade is suitable for every occasion but the pink contains a hint of coral and some sparkle which makes it extra interesting.

Stay With Me is more of a winter shade for me, because it looks more grey than lilac on my nails. This is the most obvious colour in this collection and in my opinion not really a pastel. Anyhow, it still is a pretty and easy shade to wear.

Lazy Day is a pale lavender nail polish, perfect for spring. I especially like this one because it's subtle and definitely suitable for the office but still a little different from my standard soft pinks.

The shades in the Powdery Pastles spring collection are completely up my street, I love every single one of them as they're all so wearable. Sadly, the nail polish lasts no more than two days on my nails. However, you have the option to buy the shades as Striplac as well which lasts much longer but takes a little more effort to apply.

Alessandro International nail polishes are available in various stores such as Manor, Jelmoli, Globus and some drugstores. The 5ml nail polish is available for CHF 7.50, the Striplac for CHF 15.95.

Which one is your favourite shade from this collection?

Have a great day!

xx Cheryl
